Coronavirus Update

The coronavirus outbreak is forcing all of us to make some changes in our daily lives and how we do business. During this time, I want to reassure you that our firm will continue to be here and will adapt the way we do business to address the needs and new requirements for our clients. We ask for your patience through this transition period and thank you for placing your trust in our firm.

Here are a few of the changes we are making to our operations:

  • All consultations will be done by telephone or other electronic means – this was our standard practice prior to the outbreak and one that has worked well for both our clients and staff;
  • All staff will be working remotely and will use available technology to continue to support clients and ongoing operations – this was also standard practice prior to the outbreak;
  • Seminars and informational sessions will be moved to an online format – we will continue to provide information and support our community using alternatives to in-person meetings (details coming soon);
  • Telephone service may be interrupted as support staff schedules and working conditions change – if you are having trouble reaching the firm, use the contact form on the website and we will get back to you as quickly as possible; and
  • Meetings between staff and clients, when necessary, will be scheduled and arranged to incorporate the latest guidance from federal, state and local governments and health services.

 If you need help with a legal matter, please use our scheduling assistant on the website to select a time that works for you. Our team will be in touch with next steps. While these are challenging times for everyone, we will continue to provide high quality legal services to our clients and our community. Please be safe and take care.

Best wishes,

Ben K.
